If you’ve been missing the quiet joy of writing, this space is for you. This is your weekly Wednesday guided writing session where we gather to write through the noise - choosing curiosity over judgment.
Together, we’ll slow down, breathe, and find stillness in the simple act of putting words on a page.
Each session includes:
🕢 A gentle welcome to settle in
🌬️ A moment to breathe, meditate, and reflect
🖋️ A writing prompt and 10 minutes of free writing
🤸 A short moment to regather, stretch and reset
Grab a cuppa, get cosy and light a candle. There’s no pressure here - only space to keep the pen moving follow your mind and write what comes.
